Directions by Car:
From A27 (Brighton): Turn right at Polegate onto A2770. After 2 miles take first exit at roundabout on A2021 – signposted Pevensey Bay (A259). Continue for another 2 miles, past Hospital, keeping on A2021.
From A22 (M25): Follow A22 to Eastbourne. At roundabout where A22 splits into A2280 & AA2290, go straight over on A2280. Continue ahead to roundabout junction with A2021 (Hospital on your right), turn left.
Heading south on A2021 following signposts to Pevensey Bay (A259) you will go over the main railway line. At second set of traffic lights turn left into Waterworks Road, signposted Courtlands Rd Ind Est.
Follow road around sharp right bend and take first left into Courtlands Road. As Courtlands Road bears to the right, take the left hand spur-road leading to Southbourne Business Park. If you reach the T-junction at the end of Courtlands Road you’ve gone too far!
